This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!'... and Gon's Balls will whisper 'First... comes... rock!' Hah! Made you stare at Naruto's Marshmallow! Pushing the logo off-center to drive TheOcean insane.

I'm currently reading simultaneously: Yu-gi-oh, Shaman King, Bakuman, Fairy Tail, and Chi's Sweet Home. They have all proved to be pretty good so far. (Note Chi's Sweet Home may not appeal to boys as much, since it's about a kitten)

(Note Dragonball often has sexual humor and extremely perverted old men. Also Goku drops his pants A LOT.)

Game of Thrones...

Actually I'm not so much "reading" it as "trying to comprehend what the hell is going on"

Just finished Zack Parson's two outer echelon novelettes, phrasebook and rakshasa. Same universe, very different stories. I also recommend his actual movel, liminal states. It's a nonflowery lovecraftian treat.

Next I think I'm gonna get Wool from the library. I have it requested. Gotta wait for it to arrive. I was browsing in a bookstore a few weeks ago and skimmed it; it looked pretty interesting.

Reading Naoki Urasawa's Monster as well as Stephen King's It. I must say Monster is my new favorite anime/manga

Hi, I have not finished the Manga magazines here given by my daughter's professor in arts. I just keep on browsing first because I'm impressed by the comic and cartooning style of the magazines.

I'm in the middle of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series; I have somehow never gotten around to it before. I like the style pretty well, very informal and cheeky. Good creativity in metaphor and simile descriptions.
