- I can't take it anymore. I can't relate to the users on this forum. I don't even watch YGO:TAS anymore and that's supposed to be the most common interest among all of us.
My efforts to bring HeavyDDR had an ulterior motive; to preserve whatever little sanity I had left. The best times I've had on this site were when he was around. It all went downhill after he left. I don't know how Underling can tolerate this place for as long as he has. Serious discussions? Laughable. The BAR? I can have a much better conversation with myself while on acid. Forum games? They don't matter, like at all.
My stay here has been inconsequential.
As such, I'm going on an extended break* from the site. I usually do this sometimes to reclaim some of my sanity, but I'm not sure how long it will be this time; hence, the asterisk. I'll likely be gone for good this time.
I usually don't announce it here but this time it feels different. I'm not going to announce it publicly because I hate it when people announce that they're leaving a forum. Why mention it at all? Well, I've invested enough time here, that I think I deserve going out with a bit of a bang. Someone will likely find this in a week or two, I think, so that'd probably make this place interesting for a day or two.
