Very hard to say. I'd rather have both, or use only the Sp. Attack Purin. The physical attack one I would allow to evolve into Pukurin/Wigglytuff.

All for a Physical-attacking Purin. I be raising a Sp. Attack Purin so her moves are Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, and Hyper Voice.
