Pokemon: The Abridged Series

Ignoring the fact that this is a shameless attempt to advertise my own videos, I ask that anyone who would like a good Pokemon parody to take a look at my Pokemon: The Abridged Series. I know there are plenty of attempts out there, but just take a look at a few episodes. Of course I don't claim to be anywhere near as good as LK, but tell me what you think (WITHOUT being overly hostile. I'll gladly take CONSTRUCTIVE criticism if you have any). Thanks for giving me the inspiration, Little Kuriboh!! =D

what the pokemon abridged series could really use is subtitles for when the pokemon talk.

No offence, but Pokemon the abridged series is just been worn out to death. I have watched over 5 different versions and they all are pretty much the same.

I think your series has a lot of potential. It made me crack up a few times, and I'm glad to see you using your own material. I do have a couple complaints.

I think you need to work on your video editing skills just a tad. You usually keep the mouth movements in sync with your voice, but sometimes you'll pause the video unnaturally while playing a sound clip, which makes it seem kind of awkward. Also, the random music clips can be a bit irritating. I can see that the songs usually match the situation, but I think the gag is getting a bit repetitive.

Other then that? I’d say your set. I look forward to your videos in the future. ^_^

I like it aswell, I've seen a few of solblade00's vidz on YT, and I have to say, it's good. If you keep growing in experience of making episodes, you'll be alright ;)

Thanks everyone for your compliments and/or constructive criticism! Unfortunately, Shoagakukan Productions (and possibly flaggers as well) have made my life crap by deleting most of my videos off YouTube and ALL of them off of Veoh. I watched some of your Pokemon parodies, and they were okay... truthfully I think they would hold my attention more if you cut them in half. You know, have five minute episodes instead of something that's eight and a half. It's good to have jokes, but too much unnecessary content just makes me finicky. Those still frames and random song clips made me really antsy. D:

Thanks! I found CaptnAwesomee's series after I started my own, and though I found his really funny, I decided to continue with my own anyway. Besides, next in my series will be the two episodes CaptnAwesomee never did (The Sandshrew one and the School of Hard Knocks one). Unfortunately, both of us are targets. Shogakukan took down my old account, and now they've deleted two Pokeman videos too =/
