I can't download

Everytime I try to download episodes and come to the part where I'm supposed to write my user name and password, the computer says it's the wrong password. What can I do? Am I doing it wrong?

Yeah, it isn't working for me either it depresses me. Are you guys getting that "Service Un-available"
page? B/c at first ti was working and then it like commited suicide... T_T

As far as I know, they're regulating the user transfers to only 13 at the time. Meaning it's REALLY unlikely you'll get to download any of the episodes any time soon.

i got the service unavailble too i dunno, i haven't even gotten to download 1 video i take it something very bad happened to downloading page o_O
