Hi all,
Basically, thanks to LittleKuriboh and the abridged series, my sister is now addicted to Yu-Gi-Oh. Being the sensible girl that she is, she refuses to watch it in dub. So, somehow, I need to get hold of all 224 episodes of it in sub. From what I've gathered, the official DVDs that are out in the UK are dub only, so I'm really looking for a torrent of the entire thing as fansubs. I've managed to snag the first 14 episodes, but beyond those I haven't managed to get anywhere. I found a torrent of the complete series, but it was at least partly in dub :/
So, I ask you, oh Kuriboh fans, has anyone subbed the complete series? And if so, where can I find a torrent?
Many thanks in advance, and I apologise if I've broken any forum rules by asking this.

One word: No.
Hong Kong subs are the closest that anyone has ever gotten around to subbing most of the series. And the Hong Kong subs are really crappy as well as being hard to find.
You can also buy the unofficial and official dvds online from places like Ebay. It's be careful though. People have been ripped off. Yes Asia is a great place. I recommend it. I'm not sure but I think that the unofficial dvds have subs. However, the official dvds do not.
You can always check out http://nicovideo.jp and create an account on the site and then search for original episodes. They have tons. No subs though because the site is Japanese and there is no reason for the native Japanese to sub their series to English and then post the subs on a Japanese website.
If I were you, I'd just be patient and wait for subbing groups to pick it up and sub it. They'll get around to it...eventually.

Ah, damn.
Bad subs are better than no subs. Probably. I shall attempt to seek out the Hong Kong subs version then.
Getting ripped off would be a bad thing. Presumably the entire series is available in dub, though? I suppose that would be better than nothing ;)
Thanks for the help!

You can view them all, including the newest GX episodes on yugiohfans.co.uk (http://www.yugiohfans.co.uk)
EDIT: Sorry... that site only has them in english dub. There's a few in subs but nowhere near all of them.

Sharing information is against the law? What?
Subs aren't illegal. Profiting from subs, however, is. Subs are released under a free license until a series has been licensed in your country. Once licensed, subs should not be distributed. Cosmicflame asked for information regarding subs. I gave Cosmicflame information. I didn't tell Cosmicflame a place to get them but that would be illegal in my country. And giving Cosmicflame information privately is not against the law.

What's illegal about it? It's illegal to download full episodes and it's illegal to host them on your website but there's nothing illegal about you, as a viewer, visiting a website which does host them and watching them. And how do you think LK gets all the episodes for his abridged series? In britain there hasn't been a DVD release for anything past Duellist Kingdom so he couldn't have gotten them onto his computer "legally".

Unless he bought the DVDs online. Let's not assume that LittleKuriboh has done anything illegal and let's not talk about him behind his back like this, okay? End of story.

true... true....
anyway... talking about subs, I'd like to see something in italian too... let me explain: maybe you don't know, but YAS is an international success (thanks to youtube, unfortunately), but not all the people are able to understand english as is spoken, so don't get most of the jokes... once with my brother we think about traduce it in italian re-dubbing it, but not all the jokes make sense after being traduced... so I think about subtitles, maybe explaining the jokes more difficult to get... so the question is: LK, what do you think about this project? I should make it as an exercise to improve my traductions skill and english, 'cause I study languages at university (I apologize for my english, to you and to my teachers and parents :( ), but I may need some help from you sometimes...
let me know (obviously hoping you'll read this!), and sorry if I'm gone OT...

If you want LK to read it there's an "Ask LK a question" thread in the season one discussion forum.

TAS has already been translated into Japanese. If you want to translate it into Italian then feel free to sub it.
